Engineering Considerations

Integration is the point

Vanity & wall integration

Dimensions are produced to interface with the vanity unit, tiling line and wall build-up — the mirror is sized to the washroom rather than the washroom adjusted to a standard sheet.

Moisture & cleaning

A non-glass aluminium surface is cleaned using standard institutional products. There is no silvered glass layer to degrade behind the reflective face.

Fixing methodology

Concealed and tamper-resistant fixing options allow the mirror to be secured to masonry, partition or board substrates typical of custodial washrooms.

Perimeter detailing

Safety-finished edges and minimal accessible perimeter gaps reduce the accessible edge detail in high-traffic communal washrooms.
